HaPpY EaStEr!

Easter was a lot of fun this year! The night before Easter, Neil had to go somewhere for work, so the boys and I were at home. We started talking about the true meaning of Easter. I got out a bunch of pictures of Jesus and told them the story of his Crucifixion and resurrection. It was a really neat evening! Easter morning, Dallin came in my room at 6:30 and wanted to go see what the Easter bunny had left. Wow I am thinking this is not Christmas and I was not ready to get up that early. So Dallin and I snuggled in my bed while he talked to me about what might be out there! It was pretty sweet.

The Easter bunny hides the kids' baskets and then he hides eggs filled with candy! Camden was so excited to be looking for eggs!

Bryson found his basket with some new toys! You can't see it that well, but he always has his tongue out. It cracks me up.
What a cute dump truck! I love seeing Bryson crawling around the room pushing his trucks. He is all boy, just like my other two!

Dallin just knew the Easter Bunny was going to hid his basket in the oven, and sure enough that silly bunny did just that! He was very excited to get a new soccer ball and football.
Camden found his basket behind the pot. He got his very own "Lightning McQueen" fishing pole. He was very excited. He can't wait for Uncle Josh to help him catch fish. Even Camden knows that isn't something his daddy can help with.
I just love this picture, such a big cheeser!
This is the note Dallin left for the Easter Bunny, he also left him a small bad of jelly beans. (I think he left the jelly beans because he doesn't like them, smart kid.) It is hard to read the note, I should have taken the picture differently. It says: Easter Bunny here is a treat for you. Love Dallin, Camden, Bryson
