I love basketball!

This is the first year Dallin has been old enough to play basketball. He was so excited, and since I love to watch basketball so was I! (OK I guess there really hasn't been too many sports I don't like to watch, especially if my kids are playing them!) He was a little nervous for his first game, but he did great and even scored a basket, I was happy for him. We were lucky enough to have Quade and Bridger on the team. He likes to have friends on his team.

He shoots!

I love this, he is throwing in the ball, I don't think any of the kids stay behind the line.

Getting a steal!

Go team!

Dribbling down the court.

Two fans, and aren't they cute? This is Savannah with Bryson.

Team picture on their last game.

They played really well, they only lost one game, though if you ask Dallin they won all of them, except the one they tied. Dallin scored at least one basket in each of the games, and I was proud of him. He loved to play, and that is what matters!

I had to throw in a couple of extra pictures, because they were so cute not to put in the blog! Bryson with his "vampire" teeth.

Camden is such a turkey when it comes to bed time. He always wants daddy to snuggle him in order for him to go to sleep. One night, he kept coming out, and didn't want to go to bed. He was mad we didn't let him stay up, so he said fine I am sleeping on the floor. He left the room and we didn't hear anything from him. When I was ready to go to bed this is what I found.....

He is sleeping on the floor alright, I thought he was in his bedroom and at least on some carpet. But no, here he is sound asleep on the wood floor. I love this kid, he makes me laugh daily. He has the most imagination! Just yesterday at church, we were talking about following Heavenly Father's plan and how that would help us to be happy. So they went around the room in Sharing time and all the kids were suppose to say what they could do to follow Heavenly Father's Plan and how it would make them happy. When she got to Camden he said, I am going to live on an island with my mom, and there aren't going to be houses. We can just climb a tree and eat fruit. He kills me! I am very worried about him in Kindergarten, which is only next year! I hope he gets a nice and loving teacher!

Bahama's here we come!

This year for Neil's reward trip we went to Nassau Bahama's! I was so excited for the trip this year, my kids are older and I was ready for a break. I am very lucky that my mom will watch my kids for me. She even comes and stays at my house, which makes it so much easier for the kids and her (I think)!
We were really excited to go to the Bahama's because that was one of the stops we had on our honeymoon cruise. I would love to show you all pictures of the gorgeous beach and everything, but I forgot my camera at home! What a dork!
We had such a good time, the first full day there, we laid on the beach ALL day long. Can you say heaven? I can, I thought it was. I had some virgin Miami Vice's (my favorite) and read books. The sun was shining and it was about 80 degrees. When we left Utah it was 20, can you see why I was so excited?
On our second we took a taxi into town and walked around the grass market. It is so funny what they say to get you to buy their stuff. Pretty lady, what you want. Handsome man you like those. We had a blast! We had some yummy food, and I even ate my food while it was warm, and I didn't have to cut up food for anyone. It was such a nice break.
Our third day, the weather wasn't as good, still nice but not too warm. We laid down by the pool for awhile, but the wind was pretty strong. Neil had bet on the football games that day, so he watched the games in the sports bar and I read some more in our room. That may so boring to you, but to me it was so nice!
Then it was time to come home to our little boys, and I could hardly wait! We bought them some drums while we were there! Aren't they so stinkin' cute?

We have been invited to go on a Mediterranean Cruise in October, which I am so excited about. We will fly to Paris, France spend a couple of days there, and they we sail out of Venice Italy and we end up in Barcelona Spain. How lucky am I? At the same time as being incredibly excited, it means I will be leaving my babies for 12 nights! The most I have left them is 4!!!! Will I survive, will they, will Grandma's???????

A Trip to Iowa

The day after Christmas we flew to Iowa to spend the rest of the holiday with Grandma Kathy and Grandpa pops! I am very lucky we are able to fly, I am such a wimp when it comes to road trips. We had a great time with family. Grandpa pops won a gift certificate to a hotel there that had just recently added an indoor water park. We were suppose to go the hotel on Monday, however, Bryson was sick, I was sick, Dante (Bryan and Mel's) son was also sick. So we called the hotel to reschedule for Thursday night. They didn't want to let us change and so Bryan said well if you won't let us change, we will just come and I will let my sick kids puke in your pool. Kinda funny, but needless to say they let us change our reservation.
I was so sick on Monday, it was not fun. I went to an insta-care place and found out I had strep throat. We also took Bryson in, who had been sick since before Christmas. We were both put on antibiotics and we both began feeling better.
On Tuesday, Neil took the boys to Marc's friends house and they played in the snow. They had a blast! I stayed at Grandma's house and Bryson and I both had nice long naps, it was heavenly!
Thursday morning, Neil woke up with a sore throat and feeling crappy, so he went to the doctor and he had strep as well. Lucky us!
We still went to the pool and we had a great time!

They had these really cool slides and kids loved them! They had a boat theme in the kiddie pool, it was really cute.

Dallin is a great swimmer!

Bryson absolutely loved this slide, he would climb up there by himself and I would catch him at the bottom. Look at the big smile!
After awhile he decided going down on his bum, wasn't exciting enough. So as he was getting ready to go down the slide, he started laying on his belly, I was telling him to go on his bum. He just looked at me with that adorable/mischievous smile and went down head first. I caught him of course before he went face first in the water. He kept doing it, and then the other kids joined him. Pretty soon a life guard came over and told the kids to go down on their bums. Then it was Bryson's turn, I told him to go on his bum, and he did his smile and went. The life guard looked at me and said, how do you resist that smile. I don't, that's the problem!

Here is tough Dallin and Grandma Kathy!

He loves his Grandma!
This next picture isn't very good, but I had to put it in anyway, because you can still see the huge smile on Bryson's face, he loves the slides!
What some studly "Arzani Boys".
I didn't do a very good job and take many pictures, I hate when I do that. But here we are at the airport getting ready to come home. I am grateful my kids are such good little traveler's!
Shortly after we took this picture, we were informed there was a mechanical problem with the plane. They had called for a mechanic to come, but he wasn't even at the airport. Neil went and talked to them, and they were really nice and honest and said our chances of flying out tonight were slim, and they weren't any later flights out of Dallas either. So we booked flights for the next night and called Grandma back to pick us up for one more night!
This is Bryson wrestling his Mickey, Dallin is such a good big brother to him!
With one more day, we took a picture with Teddy. Camden loves dogs, he probably loved this dog a little too much.
All in all, we had a great trip despite our sickness and delay. It is so fun for the kids to spend time Grandma and Grandpa. We are lucky we get to see them as much as we do!
